Subject: Properties that are being considered for transitional housing for people in or coming out of drug and alcohol rehabilitation. American Community Development Group, Inc., a St. Petersburg-based for-profit group that works with non-profits to provide housing facilities for homeless, rehab program participants and returning felons, is negotiating to acquire one or more of Suzanne Ferry's properties pictured below on Corey Avenue. The principles of the company have met with the city to discuss the feasibility of their project.
